Giovanna is a partner and co-founder of More.

An expert in organizational development and human resources management, she has extensive international experience in designing and managing organizational change programs. She develops tools for performance evaluation and talent identification, coordinating assessments and d-lab.

Graduated in Sociology in Rome, she furthered her studies in Organizational and Social Psychology at LSE – London School of Economics & Political Science. Before founding More, she worked for leading consulting firms, including RSO and Towers Perrin.

Giovanna is an ICF-certified Coach (PCC – Professional Corporate Coach) and specializes in assessment and development tools such as the Hogan Suite (HPI, HDI, MVPI) and MBTI.
