Carlo, Founder and CEO of More, has been guiding major companies through significant change and transformation projects for 30 years. Together with his team, he supports organizations in their pursuit of competitiveness by redesigning key strategic assets such as organizational development, governance, decision-making processes, skills, and roles.

Graduated in Economics and Business, he was a partner and head of four business areas at RSO, a leading Italian consulting firm. In 2007, he took over the HR division of Towers Perrin, a multinational consulting firm specializing in P&C.

Since 2009, he has been leading More.

He is also a lecturer at LUISS Business School.
