Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs) are one of the primary connecting figures between pharmaceutical companies and healthcare professionals (HCPs).
We design the evolution of the MSL role in collaboration with clinicians and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs). We interview leading specialists and KOLs, focusing on the frequency of interaction, the content of discussions, and credibility.
The result is an MSL 2.0 who moves away from the traditional role of providing scientific information and becomes capable of integrating project responsibilities with deep scientific knowledge, making them a privileged partner for HCPs.
